What Zwivio Does

Zwivio is a Milwaukee-area tech startup building a platform that connects homeowners who need HVAC service with qualified local contractors. We use a governed routing approach rather than blasting the same lead to multiple companies at once.

Your role is to help contractors understand what Zwivio is, feel comfortable with how it works, and get fully set up on the platform. You will often be one of the first people they interact with, so clear communication and professionalism matter. We encourage you to browse the full platform at zwivio.com so you feel confident talking about the business.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means getting contractors all the way through the process. Not just interested, but fully joined, onboarded, and ready to participate on the platform.

At first, the work is centered on outreach and contractor setup. This is also a position of trust and responsibility. You would be communicating directly with contractors, representing the business professionally, and helping shape the experience people have with Zwivio. For the right person, strong performance can lead to greater responsibility over time, including a broader role across support and onboarding.

What You Will Do

  • Reach out to contractors by phone and email to introduce Zwivio.
  • Follow up with businesses that show interest or need more information.
  • Help contractors understand the setup process and next steps.
  • Answer questions carefully, and check with us first when you are unsure.
  • Log calls, emails, follow-ups, and notes in our internal system.
  • Keep track of what happens next so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Over time, help support contractors who are already on the platform.

What We Are Looking For

  • Comfortable and professional on the phone and in writing.
  • Reliable, organized, and good at following through.
  • Comfortable using everyday tools like email, web browsers, and simple online systems.
  • Good judgment and a willingness to ask questions instead of guessing.
  • A serious, professional approach to representing a real business and serving real people.

Training and Support

You do not need prior experience in tech or home services. We will train you on how the platform works, how to talk about the business, and how to handle common questions and follow-up.

One important rule in this role: do not guess. If a contractor asks something you are not sure about, tell them you will check and come back with the right answer.

Practical Details

We provide a company phone for business calls and contractor communication. From time to time, there may also be an in-person contractor meeting or demo at our Wauwatosa virtual office, which includes access to professional meeting rooms.

Having your own computer would be a big plus for this role. You should be comfortable using web-based tools and managing basic online communication independently.

How Time Tracking Works

We use a simple internal tool where you can view contractor records and log your activity. When you make a call, send an email, or follow up, you record it there along with the time spent.

You are paid for the time you put in. This is not a quota-based sales role, and pay is not tied to how many contractors join.

Pay and Schedule

This is a part-time role with flexible hours. There is no fixed daily schedule, and work can often be done around other responsibilities.

Compensation is $16-$20 per hour, depending on fit and experience. This is not a salaried role, and no benefits are included.

Hours may grow over time based on business needs, fit, and how the role develops after launch.
