HOMEOWNER PROTECTION

Clear protection for every
HVAC request.

Zwivio is a dispatch platform, not a contractor. Here is how that helps protect your information, your request flow, and where contractor responsibility starts.

Privacy-first dispatch

Your details deserve more care than a lead blast.

Zwivio is built to coordinate HVAC dispatch without broadly distributing your contact information. For dispatch jobs, details move through the assignment flow; for quote requests, sharing follows the review and approval steps that apply.

Controlled contact sharing

For dispatch requests, contact details are shared through the assignment flow, not broadly pushed to every contractor in the queue.

Quote review before connection

For quote-style requests, contractors may express interest first, and sharing follows the approval path for that request.

Verified participation requirements

Contractors must meet license and insurance participation requirements to receive dispatch through Zwivio.

Clear role boundaries

Zwivio coordinates dispatch and updates. Your contractor performs the HVAC work and remains responsible for the service.

What Zwivio Handles

  • Coordinating dispatch and rerouting if needed.
  • Protecting your private contact information.
  • Verifying contractor license and insurance.

What the Contractor Handles

  • The trade work and service quality.
  • Onsite safety and job completion.
  • Direct responsibility for work warranties.

If a contractor falls through

We automatically begin rerouting your request if a contractor cancels.

  • You'll get a text update as soon as rerouting begins. You don't have to call anyone or resubmit your request.
  • This is part of the dispatch role. We keep coordinating and updating you while we work to get coverage.
  • No resubmission is needed; we handle the continuity of service from our end.

Where the limit is

Zwivio coordinates rerouting, but coverage still depends on real contractor availability.

How your information stays protected

Your details stay private through a governed assignment workflow.

  • The contractor assigned to your job can view your contact details through secure Zwivio access only, not through broad text or email sharing.
  • No other contractor, whether they declined or are still in the queue, ever sees your information.
  • When the job closes, access to your details is automatically rescinded.

Where the limit is

Access is limited in Zwivio, but contractors may retain details used during service.

Who can take an assignment

Verified requirements, not optional badges. Every contractor must meet baseline standards to take assignments.

  • Every contractor on Zwivio must hold a valid Wisconsin license and active liability insurance to join the network.
  • Requirements are verified and continuously monitored, not just checked once.
  • Contractors with lapsed credentials are removed from the platform immediately.

Where the limit is

Contractor participation is contingent on active compliance with these baseline standards.

If there is an issue with the work

What to do if something goes wrong. We can help coordinate the next step.

  • If you have a concern about the work, the first step is to contact your contractor directly.
  • If you cannot reach them, Zwivio can help coordinate the connection and reconnect the parties.
  • Zwivio can review contractor standing based on documented issues to ensure platform quality.

Where the limit is

The contractor remains responsible for the work and warranties. Zwivio dispatches but does not perform trade work.

Free for homeowners, private by default: contact details go to your officially assigned or approved contractor on dispatch jobs, with governed routing to get there.
