What a Zwivio offer looks like
When a homeowner submits a request, you get an offer by text with a link to this view. You have a short window to review and respond. Sometimes as few as 3 minutes for emergency jobs. This page shows you exactly what it looks like so you can decide fast.
EMERGENCY
Fastest response required. 3-minute priority window
- Offer reference: Your job ID. Include this number in any text reply.
- Job type & urgency: The service trade and urgency level.
- Priority access banner: Your exclusive window. After this, other contractors may be contacted.
- Drive estimate: Estimated drive time and miles to the job area, shown when available, so you can judge whether the offer fits your route before accepting.
- Job area (city, state, ZIP): Where the job is located.
- Service window: When the homeowner needs help. Your arrival must fit this window.
- Platform fee: What you pay Zwivio. Never charged for offers you don't win.
- Equipment: What system needs service.
- Arrival window picks: Tap one to commit your ETA. If your timing fits and the request type allows it, assignment can finalize quickly; in other cases, a homeowner confirmation step may be required before the job is officially assigned.
- Accept / Decline: Replying by text works too. No need to open this page.
Emergency jobs have the shortest response window. Sometimes 3 minutes before outreach broadens to additional contractors. You do not need to scroll through the full page to accept. Pick your arrival window and hit Accept. If you cannot take the job, decline quickly so the next pro can move.
URGENT (24H)
Respond quickly. No exclusive window
- Offer reference: Your job ID. Include this number in any text reply.
- Job type & urgency: The service trade and urgency level.
- Respond quickly banner: No exclusive window; outreach follows a governed process. Fast replies help.
- Drive estimate: Estimated drive time and miles to the job area, shown when available, so you can judge whether the offer fits your route before accepting.
- Job area (city, state, ZIP): Where the job is located.
- Service window: When the homeowner needs help. Window spans up to 24 hours.
- Platform fee: What you pay Zwivio. Never charged for offers you don't win.
- Equipment: What system needs service.
- Arrival window picks: Choose the part of the window you can hit; still respond quickly while the offer is open.
- Accept / Decline: Replying by text works too.
Urgent jobs do not have an exclusive window. Zwivio may reach additional qualified pros in a controlled way until one official assignment is made. Responding quickly, even to decline, keeps the routing moving and helps your Reliability Score.
